A 30–45 minute call
A short call to understand the problem, the data involved, and what "done" actually looks like. If it's not a fit, you'll hear that here — not three weeks in.

2–3 days
A written scope covering what gets built, what data sources or integrations are involved, timeline, and a fixed-bid or milestone-based estimate. No open-ended hourly billing.

Build
2–8 weeks, scope-dependent
Work happens in visible milestones, not a single reveal at the end. You see the product taking shape — staging links, not screenshots — from the first working version onward.

Ship & hand off
Launch week
Deployed to production, with documentation for anything you'll need to maintain or extend yourself. The Rental Atlas and Community Directory are both still live because they were built to be maintained, not abandoned after launch.
